There was a time when only law enforcement was able to use video surveillance, but now everyone has access to hidden cameras. There are several uses for hidden cameras, some people want to have a secure home environment so with a hidden camera they can accomplish this. Whether they catch a thief on camera or someone digging through their stuff when they are not at home. There are several different types of cameras that you can buy.
For instance, there are ones that are disguised as clocks there are several models, whether it be a desktop suspended animation clock or a wall clock they all have the capabilities of having a camera inside them which is virtually undetectable.
There are also ones that are hidden in books, exit signs and of course the famous teddy bear that has captured several nannies doing something they weren't supposed to be doing when the parents weren't home and they were alone with the children.

So now days there are more and more uses for hidden cameras and nanny cams which is also a growing market you can find just about anything that you would need for just one camera or an entire surveillance system for you to feel safe or just get a piece of mind.
